This is what you're rewarded when u drive 20 miles out of town... and visit the Jimmy Carter Library. Ya i know there are no books ard here (this is the library garden) Anyway Jimmy Carter is the 39th president of the United State and the Carter Presidential Library (Ya this place) was build to present a brief history during his term in office.
